Terms and Conditions for Online Payment

This online payment system is offered jointly by the Institution and Razorpay. The Institution may update the terms mentioned herein from time to time, and any such changes shall become effective immediately upon being published on this platform. Users are advised to regularly review the current terms and conditions.

All payments shall be subject to the following conditions:

You (the “User”) are generally required to pay fees in advance. All fees quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR). The description provided for the collection of fees shall be specific to the User upon logging in with the respective unique identification credentials. The Institution reserves the right to revise or modify the fees at any time.

The Institution shall not be responsible or liable for any payment that does not reach the correct student account due to incorrect details furnished by the User. Further, the Institution shall not be liable if any payment made through Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Wallet, or any other payment mode is refused or declined by the concerned bank or payment service provider for any reason whatsoever.

If the bank or payment gateway declines the transaction, the Institution shall not be under any obligation to notify the User regarding such refusal or decline. Users are advised to independently verify the status of payment transactions with their respective bank or payment service provider.

In no event shall the Institution be liable for any damages, losses, liabilities, or claims arising out of the use, inability to use, or results of usage of the payment system, website, materials, or information, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages.

 

Refund Policy

Refunds, if applicable and approved at the discretion of the competent authorities of the Institution, shall only be processed to the original bank account or payment source through which the fee was initially paid, including Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.

For the avoidance of doubt, nothing contained herein shall obligate the Institution to refund any fees or part thereof unless such fees have actually been received by the Institution.

In the event of any claim or request relating to refund or chargeback, the User shall directly approach the Institution with the complete details of such claim. Any refund, if approved, shall be processed solely by the Institution through such mode as deemed appropriate by the Institution.

No refund or chargeback claims shall be raised directly before Razorpay or any payment gateway service provider, and any such claims, if made, may not be entertained.

Refunds, where applicable, shall be governed by the refund policy and timelines notified by the Institution from time to time.

 

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all fee payments and related transactions facilitated by the Institution. The Institution respects and protects the privacy of all individuals accessing the website and availing the services provided therein.

Personally identifiable information of Users shall not be wilfully disclosed to any third party without obtaining prior consent of the User, except as permitted under this Policy or as required by law.

The Institution does not collect any unique personal information unless such information is knowingly and voluntarily provided by the User. The Institution may, from time to time, send emails or other communications regarding services, features, updates, institutional information, or seek voluntary feedback from Users.

However, the Institution reserves the right to disclose specific personal information if required under the following circumstances:

To comply with any applicable law, court order, legal process, judicial proceeding, or governmental request
• If any User activity violates the Terms of Service or institutional policies
• To protect or defend the legal rights, property, systems, services, or interests of the Institution or its Users
• To investigate, prevent, or act regarding unlawful activities, suspected fraud, or threats to the security or integrity of the Institution’s services or systems

Users acknowledge and agree that a convenience fee and applicable GST may be charged for availing the online payment services provided by the Institution.

The convenience fee and associated charges are subject to revision or modification depending upon operational, technical, statutory, or service-related factors associated with the delivery of such services.
